Occasionally, we have clients who are eager to share exciting news with us, like expecting a baby or starting a new job. Other times, we meet clients who are going through incredibly tough times. One such client is currently battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. She’s struggling with her appearance and her hair during this challenging period. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to support her by highlighting her hair and helping improve her self-image and confidence. I am blessed that I have a job where I can touch people’s lives, in good times and bad.
